Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Pipe Twist 3D (package com.nebulitegames.pipetwist), published by Nebulite Games ("we", "us"), handles information when you play it. The game does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal details.
Information stored on your device
Your best score, collected gems, game settings (such as sound and your control layout), unlocked and selected customization items (balls, pipes, trails, themes) and your purchase status are saved only on your device. We do not upload this information to our own servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob:
- a banner ad at the bottom of the screen,
- full-screen (interstitial) ads when a run ends, and
- optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch, for example to continue a game or to unlock customization items.
To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
Consent (EEA, UK and other regions)
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and certain US states), the game shows Google's certified consent message (User Messaging Platform) before any ads are requested, so you can choose how your data is used for ads. Ads are only requested after this step. You can change your choice at any time from the Privacy button (shield icon, under NO ADS) in the game menu → Ad Privacy Choices. The same button also opens this Privacy Policy.
In-app purchase: Remove Ads
The game offers an optional one-time purchase, Remove Ads, which removes the banner and full-screen ads. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. Rewarded videos stay available because you choose to watch them. If you reinstall the game, use the Restore button in the menu to get the purchase back.
Game engine
The game is built with the Unity engine. Unity may process limited technical information (such as device model, operating system version and crash reports) needed to run the game and fix technical problems, as described in the Unity Privacy Policy.

Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Pipe Twist 3D is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, please contact us and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Because we do not keep personal data on our own servers, most requests can be handled by clearing the game's data or uninstalling it. For data held by Google, use your Google account and device ad settings. You can also contact us with any privacy question or request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
